Hey, I’m Nads.
I’m a dancer and coach who helps people feel stronger and more confident in their bodies - without overcomplicating things.
I work mainly with dancers, but also with anyone who moves and actually cares about how their body feels. My approach sits between strength training, mobility, and movement that makes sense in real life.
I focus on building strength that carries over, sorting out the “something feels off” stuff, and helping you understand your body better - so you’re not guessing your way through training.
No trends, no gimmicks, no pressure to train a certain way. Just solid coaching for people who want to move well and keep doing what they love.
